Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be instrumental in leading our team to deliver exemplary customer service while achieving operational and financial goals. You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will guide the activities of all team members, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
