Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or customer service preferred. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences. Knowledge of financial services and compliance regulations is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Position Overview:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be instrumental in leading our team to deliver exemplary customer service while achieving operational and financial goals. You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will guide the activities of all team members, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
