We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operational success of one of the UK's leading community shopping centres in Wakefield. This vibrant centre is anchored by a well-known supermarket and features a variety of key retailers, including Primark, Boots, and M&S, along with a spacious 1000-space car park.
The ideal candidate will spearhead the operational excellence of the centre, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and optimal operational efficiency through effective management of the site and the operational team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations at all times.
- Conduct daily inspections of the centre and ensure all remedial works are completed promptly.
- Communicate and collaborate with tenants, police, and other key stakeholders on security matters affecting the centre and common areas.
- Partner with the Asset Team to execute the customer service strategy effectively.
- Oversee the collection, processing, and disposal of all waste while maintaining appropriate records.
- Manage and supervise the security operations to ensure a safe environment.
