Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. This position requires full-time, on-site work in Atlanta, GA. Preferred Skills:Experience in procurement or strategic sourcing in the semiconductor industry, particularly in custom silicon manufacturing and OSAT environments. Comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor supply chain, including foundries, OSAT providers, global sourcing dynamics, and market pricing trends. Proven track record of supporting the semiconductor product lifecycle, with successful experience working cross-functionally throughout product development and supplier qualification. Expertise in supplier sourcing and negotiations, ERP/MRP procurement systems, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.

We are currently looking for a Silicon Supply Chain Manager to lead our sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives that underpin our semiconductor development and production efforts. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate relationships with silicon foundries, OSAT partners, component suppliers, and manufacturing vendors to ensure a dependable supply chain, cost-effectiveness, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sourcing strategies by analyzing existing and prospective suppliers to establish reliable partnerships, cost savings, and consistent material supply amidst the fluctuating semiconductor market.
  • Evaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities, quality assurance systems, equipment, and production capacity to facilitate new product development and long-term semiconductor production.
  • Enhance supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery reliability, lead times, and overall efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to support product development, address component challenges, and ensure manufacturable design choices.
  • Oversee supplier relationships and procurement processes, including negotiations, purchase orders, and performance monitoring, while fostering robust partnerships with foundries, packaging providers, and component vendors.
