Respond to emails, phone inquiries, and provide necessary documentation.Deliver technical support to sales representatives within your territory, conducting biweekly calls for effective communication.Conduct design discussions with all stakeholders to set clear expectations, confirm project scope, and dimensions for a smooth installation process.Collaborate closely with the Sim Design Coordinator to ensure all design schematics align with the client’s vision.Manage procurement for each project, ensuring alignment of pricing and scope with the signed Purchase Agreement.Assist installation specialists during the installation week to guarantee that the simulator design is executed accurately.Organize weekly or biweekly meetings with RIMs & concierge to plan site visits, gather field feedback, and assign suitable installers based on project complexity.Travel monthly for site visits and meetings with sales representatives.
