Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, or Project Management. Minimum of 3 years in Construction Management. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to achieving excellence. Ability to establish and nurture relationships effectively. Outstanding communication skills. Proficient in time management and organization. Skilled in problem analysis and solution development. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong listening skills and consideration of others' viewpoints. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Navision, Monday.com, Google Sketchup, or CAD.

At Trackman, we are expanding our team as we continually enhance our market-leading sports tracking solutions. We are seeking a skilled and driven Simulator Design Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all phases of simulator installations in your area, from the design confirmation to the final installation.

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, architects, general contractors, and electrician/AV teams to ensure that installations meet specifications and pre-installation requirements. Respond to emails, phone inquiries, and provide necessary documentation.

  • Deliver technical support to sales representatives within your territory, conducting biweekly calls for effective communication.

  • Conduct design discussions with all stakeholders to set clear expectations, confirm project scope, and dimensions for a smooth installation process.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sim Design Coordinator to ensure all design schematics align with the client’s vision.

  • Manage procurement for each project, ensuring alignment of pricing and scope with the signed Purchase Agreement.

  • Assist installation specialists during the installation week to guarantee that the simulator design is executed accurately.

  • Organize weekly or biweekly meetings with RIMs & concierge to plan site visits, gather field feedback, and assign suitable installers based on project complexity.

  • Travel monthly for site visits and meetings with sales representatives.
