Job Summary
As a Site Autonomy Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and support the operational fleet at your designated site while also providing multi-site assistance as necessary. This role encompasses hands-on technical duties and entails training new Site Autonomy Engineers (SAEs), conducting interviews for SAE candidates, escalating critical issues to senior management, and delivering on-site support across various locations when required. This position merges technical acumen with leadership and cross-functional teamwork to ensure operational excellence and safety.
