Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary contact and offering prompt, practical support.
- Manage inventory by tracking, organizing, and restocking tools and consumables to support both daily operations and customer needs.
- Coordinate tool deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely service and clear communication with drivers and clients.
- Share updates and relevant information with team members and management to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Oversee daily site operations to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace, adapting to challenges as they arise.
- Enforce and follow established safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
