Role Overview
The Site Operations Manager oversees daily operations, performance, and student engagement at assigned site(s) for the Hondros brand. This leader manages customer-facing teams, ensures smooth facility operations, and represents the brand in the local community. The role covers a range of educational formats: in-person, livestream, online, and satellite locations.
This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager for Hondros. Some evening and weekend hours may be required to support classes and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site performance and operational effectiveness
- Lead and support customer-facing teams
- Manage facility operations for assigned locations
- Drive student engagement across all learning modalities
- Serve as the local ambassador for the Hondros brand
- Support students and classes during occasional evenings and weekends as needed
