- Ensure adherence to safety standards on-site according to company policies.
- Responsible for following all site operation processes and maintaining high operational standards.
- Engage in technical discussions to support new orders with regional sales managers.
- Conduct site visits for assessments and provide concise updates on site conditions.
- Travel on short notice based on site urgency as needed.
- Validate affiliate performance every three months.
- Independently manage site operations alongside the affiliate team, taking ownership of tasks.
- Meet financial and company targets while prioritizing safety.
- Assess critical projects through site visits as necessary, including larger projects.
- Maintain punctuality in completing crane operations as per agreed timelines.
- Address SAT issues with technical support to prevent future occurrences.
- Conduct ISO audits and monitor all HSE-related documentation on-site regularly.
- Assist customers with warranty cases when the IS team is unavailable.
- Supervise and execute export order processes.
- Willingness to travel and engage in outdoor field activities is essential.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards is preferred.
