Your Team Awaits:
The technical team at Theodo Cloud is divided into two main areas:
- Build: Focused on infrastructure creation, migration, and optimization projects.
- Run: Dedicated to managing our clients' infrastructures.
Our Run team is rapidly expanding and is on the lookout for a Site Reliability Engineer to bolster our capabilities.
The Run team comprises 7 skilled professionals who engage in incident response and the operational maintenance of infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
As an SRE in the Run team, you will contribute to the management of cloud infrastructure by adhering to technical best practices and standards established by the team.
- Respond to production incidents and conduct thorough technical investigations.
- Carry out post-mortem analyses and ensure clear and structured communication with clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide insightful feedback.
