Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.2-3+ years of experience with contemporary observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, Splunk, OpenTelemetry).2-3+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud operations (both on-premises and cloud). Hands-on experience with containerized and cloud environments (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure). In-depth understanding of SRE principles and proactive problem-solving methodologies. Capability to analyze intricate systems and discern patterns across logs, metrics, and traces. Intermediate proficiency in English for technical communication. Structured thinking, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in financial services or enterprise settings. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of large-scale integration architectures. Experience in applying ML/AI to observability scenarios.
