What you will do

Investigate and triage high-priority (P1/P2) production incidents quickly and accurately.
Perform root cause analysis across distributed systems and apply immediate fixes or workarounds to keep systems stable.
Document findings and hand off longer-term solutions to engineering teams.
Monitor system health using tools like Grafana, logs, and telemetry dashboards, identifying anomalies before they become larger issues.
Refine alerts and work with DevOps/SRE peers to improve reliability practices and monitoring systems.
Build internal tools, scripts, or small services to streamline support and operations, mainly using . NET and Azure technologies.
Help reduce technical debt by addressing recurring production issues.
Translate technical issues into clear updates for stakeholders and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams.
Participate in calls with internal teams or clients to explain incidents and resolutions as needed.
