Our Product Development organization operates globally with cross-functional teams across six Tech Hubs: Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn, Kyiv, and Athens. With nearly 600 talented professionals, this organization is led by our CTO-CPO, fostering collaboration among our skilled Area Teams.
What’s in it for you?
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for issues within our infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premises.
- Engage in stand-up meetings with development teams, keeping your squad informed of platform updates and changes.
- Drive automation initiatives, workflow and tool automation, including the deployment of distributed applications and infrastructure using various scripting languages, enabling our 24/7 Incident Engineers to manage incidents independently.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in the production environment, minimizing escalations to third-level support teams.
- Participate in the Change Management process by reviewing RFCs to ensure adherence to the “Definition of Done,” as well as supporting software and hardware deployments.
- Develop and document procedures for collaboration between the LiveOps (NOC) Team and development teams to enhance diagnostic efficiency and impact mitigation.
