Qualifications

Completed commercial, security-related, or comparable vocational training; advanced qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman/Specialist for Protection and Security) are advantageous. Passed the competency exam according to §34a GewO. At least 3-5 years of professional experience managing international clients, ideally in data center or security-critical infrastructure environments. Experience in leading, directing, and developing staff. Excellent German and English language skills (C1) in both written and spoken forms. Driver's license Class B.

We are currently seeking a skilled Site Security Manager - Data Center (m/f/d) who will serve as a vital link between our clients and operational teams, overseeing security-related processes across multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive support and consultation to international large clients on all security matters.
Establish, maintain, and enhance sustainable relationships with clients.
Coordinate and manage operational teams across different sites.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Lead, coach, and develop team members.
Ensure quality assurance and coordination of security services.
