Key Responsibilities:
· Implement standard ATS processes for managing customers’ repairable parts and identify opportunities for improvement on-site.
· Identify, capture, and process repairable parts directly at customer locations.
· Maintain warranty information for all repairable parts at customer sites.
· Act as the primary liaison between repair service centers and customers, providing on-site support which includes quoting, obtaining approvals, and updating status on repairs.
· Document and present cost-saving opportunities to customers.
· Build relationships with key customer personnel to enhance business growth at the sites.
· Prepare and present performance metrics and reports to customers and management.
