Key ResponsibilitiesWire Harness Fabrication: Build, route, and terminate intricate satellite wires and coax harnesses, including crimping, shielding, and potting, in accordance with stringent NASA or IPC standards. Precision Assembly: Demonstrate expertise in precision assembly techniques, including mechanical fastening, bonding, and alignment. System Integration: Execute assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) activities for satellite and spacecraft development projects, adhering to engineering specifications, procedures, and safety protocols. Functional Testing: Utilize oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analyzers to conduct continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and power-on self-tests. Documentation: Maintain precise "as-built" records, logs, and red-line drawings to ensure complete traceability for every flight component. Cleanroom Protocol: Sustain a controlled ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safe environment, strictly following ISO Class cleanroom procedures. Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in satellite or spacecraft assembly and integration, specifically in aerospace environments. Skills: Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and adherence to stringent safety and quality standards.
