Compensation for this position is influenced by a variety of factors, including qualifications, skill level, competencies, and geographical work location.
Pay ranges from $23 to $27 per hour.
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Field Maintenance Technician who possesses at least 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance or a related trade. You will take ownership of your work orders, manage budgets, and oversee comprehensive maintenance tasks for properties within our portfolio. We emphasize delivering quality service over quantity, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. We seek forward-thinking, solution-oriented technicians eager to grow alongside our expanding brand.
