Qualifications
Job Duties:Prepare subpanels by laying out, measuring, drilling, and tapping for initial assembly. Install din rails, equipment, SEL relays, Lock Out Relays, test switches, terminal blocks, nameplates, and wire ducts. Cut, tag, and route wire as per project specifications. Modify and cut steel, plastic, or various materials as needed. Maintain project quality in accordance with specifications. Perform additional tasks as required to meet project schedules and timelines. Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent analytical, observational, and active listening abilities. Demonstrated reliability in work performance. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks. Capability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs or more. Physical stamina to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Exceptional manual dexterity and color vision. Alignment with the company's core values. Preferred Qualifications:Two years or more of experience as a wiring technician. Familiarity with NEC and UL codes.
