THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for dynamic and motivated SMB Business Development Representatives to join our Client Sales team in Miami, Florida. Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring three days onsite in our Miami office.

YOUR IMPACT
- Identify and engage small and medium business (SMB) prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, video, and innovative outreach methods on a daily basis.
- Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and other sales team members to ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads.
- Establish trust with prospects by actively listening, responding to their inquiries, and confidently addressing objections.
- Inform potential clients about the advantages of workplace wellness and how our solutions can align with their business objectives.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools effectively to monitor prospect interactions and manage your sales pipeline.
- Engage in continuous training and coaching to enhance your sales skills and career development.
- Contribute to our company's success by expanding the sales pipeline and unlocking new business opportunities.
