The Social Media Community Manager for Marketing and Communications will play a pivotal role in managing Voyager’s digital and social media presence across our corporate channels.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and is part of the Marketing and Communications team based in El Segundo, CA or Washington D. C. The role involves executing Voyager’s social media strategy, engaging with audiences, and ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned interactions with stakeholders including policymakers, industry leaders, customers, employees, and the broader space community. This is a hands-on position for someone capable of managing multiple channels while upholding message consistency, speed, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily content publishing on Voyager’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels, ensuring accurate and timely deployment.
  • Engage with social media audiences by responding to comments, inquiries, and relevant discussions in a professional and brand-aligned manner while escalating sensitive issues as needed.
  • Identify industry conversations, trends, and opportunities for Voyager’s engagement in the broader aerospace, defense, and commercial space discourse.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audiences.
