The Social Media Creative role in Toronto focuses on shaping and producing content designed for social platforms. This position involves developing ideas, collaborating with internal teams, and guiding creators to deliver work that meets client objectives and reflects current trends. Success in this role requires an understanding of what drives engagement on leading social channels and an interest in combining creativity with strategic thinking.
What you will do
- Develop and direct original concepts for well-known brands, including Pepsi, L’Oréal, Google, and Warner Bros.
- Collaborate closely with Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Support and guide the external Creator Community to produce authentic user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with audiences.
- Track and respond to trends on platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Snap to keep brand content fresh and effective.
- Present and pitch creative ideas directly to enterprise clients with confidence.
Requirements
- At least 18 months of experience in a creative role or an equivalent background.
