Your Role:

As our new Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a new ecosystem for social data reporting and analysis, turning online conversations into strategic insights for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop dashboards for social performance (organic + paid)

  • Monitor KPIs and content/campaign performance

  • Create operational and strategic reports for clients and internal teams

  • Assist strategy and content teams in data interpretation

Social Listening & Digital Intelligence:

  • Analyze online conversations using social listening tools

  • Build listening queries and analysis taxonomy

  • Analyze sentiment, topics, cultural trends, and community signals

  • Transform data into actionable insights for communication and content strategies

Reporting Infrastructure:

  • Evaluate and compare social listening and reporting tools

  • Assist in the implementation or migration to a new reporting system

  • Define KPI standards, metric mapping, and historical continuity
