Job Overview:
As a Software Developer II, you will engage in the complete system development lifecycle, encompassing design, coding, testing, implementation, and support of applications and integrated software solutions that meet deadlines and budget constraints. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to gather business requirements that inform the analysis and design of effective technical solutions. These solutions must be in alignment with both business and IT strategies, adhering to our organization’s architectural standards. Beyond software development, your responsibilities may extend to component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, advanced testing processes, and providing recommendations on whether to buy or build solutions. You will also contribute to project planning related to application development initiatives. Candidates should possess either a Bachelor's degree with four years of experience, an Associate degree or equivalent certifications with six years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with eight years of related experience. The ideal candidate will focus on designing, building (or enhancing), and supporting applications and services that deliver integration solutions between vital vendor products and other business technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities, are essential. Team collaboration is a key aspect of this role.
