THE ROLEWe seek a skilled and results-driven Regional Operations Lead (ROL) to oversee and support a team of Operations Analysts within a designated region. The ROL will be pivotal in executing regional operational strategies, ensuring consistent process implementation, and driving performance aligned with customer satisfaction, ancillary availability, and operational efficiency objectives.Reporting directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Operations Strategy Director, the ROL acts as the operational backbone of the region. This role demands a collaborative leader who can effectively transform strategy into action while coordinating and overseeing regional processes and partnerships to support local depots. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Regional Execution & Operational SupportManage daily operational processes across the region, ensuring seamless coordination with local depots and Operations Analysts.Guarantee compliance with SOPs, particularly regarding health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.Monitor and enhance performance on key KPIs, especially focusing on customer satisfaction, ancillary availability, and operational efficiency.Conduct regular field visits to evaluate operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary corrective measures.Function as the right-hand support for the Regional Director and act as their substitute in their absence.
