Qualifications
Your key responsibilities will include:Participating in all stages of application development, with a strong emphasis on coding and debugging while adhering to security protocols throughout the software lifecycle. Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code/APIs to support both web and mobile applications. Regularly collaborating within a cross-functional team, including product managers, QA teams, designers, and fellow developers, to transform business requirements into technical solutions. Working alongside Front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and developing solutions to resolve these issues. Optimizing web applications for enhanced performance, scalability, and security. Implementing best practices in security to protect sensitive data and mitigate potential threats. Developing automation tests and collaborating with automation engineers to meet business needs, facilitating regression testing. Providing personalized software support to users as needed. Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our backend infrastructure. Documenting application support and operational procedures. Mentoring junior engineers and offering technical guidance to foster their professional growth.
