We are seeking an individual with a strong technical aptitude, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for computer hardware and optical systems, collaborating closely with design engineers, partners, and vendors to deliver error-free products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test plans for research and development of computer hardware, circuit boards, and associated equipment.Offer on-site technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ATARS.Create, implement, and monitor test processes, ensuring hardware product qualification verification.Develop test plans for environmental assessments in compliance with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461, covering EMI/EMC, thermal, altitude, and humidity testing.Establish acceptance test plans for manufacturing units.Specify test tool requirements and systematically record test results.Provide technical assistance to technicians for diverse testing tasks.Draft technical specifications for testers and acceptance testing equipment.Design and construct test fixtures and tools for design review and verification.Employ various debugging tools to perform failure analysis.Document testing outcomes meticulously, noting any negative results.Collaborate with Red 6 engineering teams to create test interfaces for all products.Formulate hardware validation plans that encompass electrical, mechanical, optical, and embedded software components.Troubleshoot and test manufacturing-related issues.Liaise with external testing laboratories and suppliers to define development and cost requirements.
