Your Role
Design and implement robust AI agents: You will create and deploy high-performance, reliable AI agents that are crucial to Sierra's mission and growth. These systems will operate in production environments across diverse sectors including finance, healthcare, and e-commerce.
Lead the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): You will take full ownership of the ADLC from the initial pilot phase through to deployment and ongoing refinement. Your responsibilities will include developing, optimizing, and scaling AI solutions while setting standards for best practices in the lifecycle.
Collaborate with leading enterprises and innovative startups: Engage directly with executives from major corporations to tackle their most significant challenges and develop transformative AI agents. Partner with cutting-edge startups in London to integrate AI solutions that redefine operational methodologies.
