Your Role
As a member of our Applied Research Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing Poolside’s coding agents. Your responsibilities will include constructing the core agent framework, creating supporting tools, and establishing a secure orchestration environment for running coding agents efficiently and at scale.
The ideal candidate is a skilled software engineer with a passion for building high-performance, reliable systems. A background in AI coding agents will be greatly beneficial.
