About the Role
We are on a mission to revolutionize the way enterprises handle sales performance through cutting-edge AI capabilities. We seek a talented Software Engineer to join our Agentic SDK team, an internal developer platform that empowers product teams throughout the organization to create AI-powered features.
This role is foundational within a small, high-impact team. You will engage with the entire technical stack, from React and TypeScript frontends to Python backends, integrating large language model orchestration and Model Context Protocol systems. You will be responsible for shipping features end-to-end, collaborating closely with product teams to implement AI capabilities that have a direct impact on our clients.
As one of five engineers pioneering AI initiatives at CaptivateIQ, you will enjoy significant ownership and influence. You will address complex, ambiguous challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish the best practices that future teams will adopt.
