Join us in shaping the future by designing, developing, and implementing innovative developer tools that seamlessly integrate into workflows while upholding enterprise-level security standards.
Your Responsibilities
Craft and develop product features that elevate remote development standards within self-hosted environments.
Enhance and contribute to popular open source projects that integrate smoothly with VS Code, JetBrains, and other essential developer tools.
Promote best practices among team members and external collaborators.
Work closely with Product and Design teams at Coder, alongside partners like JetBrains, to implement key product integrations.
Document system design, implementation, and operations to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
Collaborate with Customer Success teams to support and enhance the experience of Coder’s enterprise user base.
Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to develop seamless and efficient developer experiences.
Rapidly transition from prototyping to implementation in a dynamic and responsive team environment.
Qualifications We Seek
Must be located in the United States or Canada.
A minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Go.
Demonstrated proficiency in building distributed systems utilizing Go.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills, with a relentless drive to find solutions.
Self-motivated individual with a blend of creativity and analytical skills.
