About the Role
In this role, you will primarily work with C# on the . NET Core framework, leveraging MVC architecture along with Vue.js for front-end development. Your responsibilities will range from creating simple data capture forms to developing Roslyn-based C# class to ReST API generators and crafting unique patterns for our enrollment engine. We prioritize collaborative planning and discussions before coding, fostering a culture that values readability and maintainability.
Mid-level engineers are expected to tackle loosely defined features and devise effective implementations, while senior engineers focus on problem-solving, feature definition, and coordinating implementations with fellow engineers. Our Kanban process encourages a workflow that is driven by clearly defined tasks, rather than arbitrary deadlines. We seek engineers who are adept at making informed decisions and exploring creative solutions, working closely with product owners and executives to ensure features are accurately defined and prioritized.
