What is the opportunity?

As a Software Engineer at Intercom, you will be at the forefront of solving real customer challenges through the smart and efficient application of your technical skills. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary product teams to develop both back-end and front-end systems, working closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts.

We are navigating exciting scaling challenges and are constructing a robust platform where your expertise will be essential in areas like building a user-friendly messenger composer, rule matching, security, app availability, and machine learning, among others.
