With telli, our clients utilize AI voice agents to manage their routine calls, empowering human agents to concentrate on high-priority interactions. This translates to enhanced efficiency, satisfied teams, and superior customer experiences.

Having managed a 150-person internal call center at Enpal, our founding team possesses deep insights into the challenges and costs associated with providing high-quality customer experiences via phone communication.

About the Role
This position offers high ownership and significant impact for engineers who prioritize speed and the resolution of genuine customer challenges. You will not merely write code; you will oversee projects from inception to completion, influence core product and architectural choices, and help shape the future of our company.
We are committed to assembling a small but highly effective engineering team. As we grow, we intend to maintain a lean core team, relying on engineers who can significantly influence the company’s trajectory.
To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable working across various components of our tech stack. One week you may enhance the user experience of our frontend, while the next week you could delve into the asynchronous processing intricacies of our voice AI infrastructure. If you prefer to focus solely on a particular technology or aspect of the product, this role may not be the ideal fit for you.
