Qualifications
Your key responsibilities will include:Participating in all stages of application development, with a strong emphasis on coding and debugging while adhering to security protocols throughout the software lifecycle. Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, efficient, and reusable code/APIs for web and mobile applications. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of product managers, quality assurance specialists, designers, and fellow developers to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Working with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly. Identifying performance bottlenecks and bugs, and devising effective solutions to resolve these issues. Optimizing web applications for enhanced performance, scalability, and security. Implementing best security practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate potential threats. Developing automated tests in collaboration with automation engineers to ensure that business requirements are met and to facilitate regression testing. Providing personalized software support to users as needed. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our backend infrastructure. Documenting application support and operational procedures. Mentoring junior engineers and offering technical guidance to support their professional growth.
