Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of programming experience in Rust, C, or C++. Proven track record in designing, developing, debugging, testing, maintaining, and profiling commercial-grade software. Strong collaborative skills with excellent communication abilities. Must-Have Skills:Experience in compiler development and algorithm verification and optimization. Proficiency with toolchains such as LLVM, GCC, or other open-source/commercial compilers. Ability to write clear, efficient, and well-documented code. Familiarity with Git and experience in collaborative design and code reviews. A pragmatic approach to design and decision-making. Experience in fast-paced startup environments. Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with Python. Experience with SQL and time-series databases. Knowledge of quantum computing concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, integrate, and test software that operates quantum computing hardware.
  • Analyze use cases, address issues, and lead the development of components within our software stack by creating and communicating effective solutions.
  • Benchmark, profile, and optimize quantum computing processes, algorithms, and software.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of electronic engineers, physicists, hardware designers, and software developers.
  • Evaluate and maintain documentation for the systems you design and build.
  • Take ownership of significant features within our Quantum Computing Software Stack.
