Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in software development, or a Master’s degree with relevant experience. Proficiency in implementing robust and reusable software solutions focused on computer vision and machine learning for various applications including object detection, tracking, and image processing across domains such as maritime, space, robotics, and drone operations. Experience optimizing framework-based deep learning models (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) for enhanced inference performance. Strong technical contribution to projects, including architecture development, detailed design, code reviews, and proposal/report generation. Effective collaboration with customers, users, and domain experts to analyze challenges and design engineering solutions. Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams to understand project goals and translate them into technical requirements. Drive to promote and scale technical capabilities towards broader company initiatives.
