Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega om ons facilitaire team te versterken.Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die gedreven wordt door structuur, dienstverlening, aanpakken en het maken van een zichtbaar verschil binnen de organisatie.Waarom deze rol belangrijk is:In deze fase van professionalisering van onze facilitaire processen zijn we op zoek naar iemand die ons ondersteunt in het dagelijkse operationele beheer van onze locatie(s).Je zult nauw samenwerken met onze Facilitaire Manager, en je bijdrage zal direct bijdragen aan het werkplezier en de continuïteit voor al onze medewerkers.Wat ga je doen?Dagelijkse facilitaire rondes uitvoeren om netheid, veiligheid en overzicht te waarborgen.Beheren van de voorraad, zodat kantoorartikelen en facilitaire middelen altijd beschikbaar zijn.Controleren van de schoonmaakkwaliteit en afwijkingen rapporteren aan de Facilitaire Manager.Facilitaire meldingen coördineren richting leveranciers.Ondersteuning bieden bij onboarding, waaronder lockers, toegangspassen en werkplekcomfort.Gastvrije ondersteuning bieden aan collega's en bezoekers.Verbeterpunten in facilitaire processen signaleren.Let op: IT-gerelateerde vragen of hardwarebeheer vallen niet onder deze functie en worden behandeld door de IT-afdeling.Wat bieden wij?Een salaris conform de huidige contractuele afspraken of volgens de CAO.
