Your mission will be to spearhead these initiatives, guiding them from inception to execution and ensuring their success. You will collaborate directly with Arlo's founders as a strategic partner, leading cross-functional projects and launching new functions. Here are a few projects you would be spearheading:Lead the design and implementation of crucial marketing experiments.Establish a clinical team.Forge partnerships with key distribution channels.Create an insurance captive company.What You Will DoExecute Strategic Projects: Collaboratively plan and implement essential initiatives with Arlo's founders.Develop New Functions: Design, establish, and operationalize new functions, including prototyping and transitioning from development to production.Recruit and Scale Teams: Work alongside Arlo's talent lead to ensure your new functions are adequately staffed, onboarded, and positioned for future success.Provide Strategic Support: Assist founders in planning, decision-making, and operational execution.
