Your role will involve managing the dynamic schedules and priorities of our executives, coordinating meetings, and supporting various leadership initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage the daily workflow for executives, handling all aspects of their calendars, scheduling meetings, video conferences, and organizing weekly and monthly team meetings.Provide administrative support for additional team members including Architects, Technical Program Managers, and Managers within the Data Platform.Efficiently handle complex and frequently changing business calendars utilizing Outlook.Juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Assist with ad hoc projects such as arranging catering for meetings, reserving conference rooms, managing video conferencing logistics, ordering supplies, and organizing post-COVID offsite events.Coordinate group events and functions for the Data Platform team and other internal teams.Manage travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodations, reconciling expenses, preparing visa documentation for international travel, and arranging transportation.Qualifications:Expert proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Skype.Strong ability to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in tech or start-ups with over 300 employees.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.Proven ability to coordinate and manage group events effectively.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
