Our dedicated monetization team is innovating the way users engage with virtual currency, subscriptions, and premium features, ensuring these interactions are intuitive, rewarding, and enjoyable. We’re seeking a passionate Product Engineer who excels at the intersection of product design, commerce, and user experience—someone eager to create and implement systems that not only drive revenue but also enhance overall user satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Develop and enhance user-facing features across mobile and web platforms that facilitate payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchase processes.
Design and experiment with monetization interfaces, ranging from virtual currency systems to premium upsells and advertising strategies.
Collaborate closely with design and product teams to create delightful, efficient, and trustworthy purchasing experiences.
Work with data science teams to define success metrics for monetization, conduct experiments, and analyze results.
Partner with backend developers to create scalable and reliable systems for payments, entitlements, and transactions.
Uphold a high standard for UI/UX quality, performance, and privacy in sensitive user interactions.
Contribute to shaping the company’s monetization experimentation framework, including methodologies for A/B testing and rapid iteration.
Who You Are
Experienced in consumer product development with a focus on monetization, in-app purchases, or subscription models.
Strong proficiency in Typescript, React, React Native, Tailwind, HTML, and modern front-end development practices.
Comfortable working on backend services, preferably using Python or Golang, particularly for payment or commerce systems.
Proven track record of delivering user-facing features that have driven measurable monetization or engagement improvements.
Ability to excel in fast-paced environments, balancing the need for speed with quality and reliability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product management, design, and data analytics teams.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven decision making.
