About the Role
You will have the opportunity to closely engage with business operations while contributing innovative ideas and solutions. Our team is responsible for the onboarding process and customer maintenance across Latin America and the USA, allowing you to gain valuable international experience.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to define and develop new solutions.
- Enhance and add new functionalities to existing systems.
- Maintain a close relationship with business areas and other IT teams within BTG Pactual.
- Interact with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design solutions.
- Ensure high availability and performance of platforms.
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from architecture design to production deployment.
- Support applications in production.
Qualifications We Expect From You
- A completed higher education degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Experience in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in programming with . NET Core/. NET/C#.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, CloudFormation, etc.), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with databases and messaging systems.
- Experience in unit testing.
- Adeptness in working with various tech stacks and tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Understanding of programming principles: SOLID, object-oriented programming, and best practices.
- A willingness to learn new languages and technologies.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with up to 3 days on-site at our offices in Faria Lima (São Paulo) or Botafogo (Rio de Janeiro).
- Intermediate English proficiency (communication and writing).
