Together, they closely collaborate with clients, engaging in regular discussions to share progress, deepen understanding of challenges, and adapt the product closely to user needs.As an Engineering Manager, your role involves leading up to 4 Tech Leads, overseeing the success of 4 projects in collaboration with a Group Project Manager.Your Future Missions:We currently seek support for "large account" projects that feature complex products and architectures developed by multiple squads at Theodo:- Manage and Mentor Tech Leads: You will assist 1 to 4 Tech Leads in their skill enhancement and personal development.- Ensure Technical Delivery: You will guarantee code quality (3S: stability, security, speed), milestone adherence, and architectural robustness.
