About the job
Founded in 2007, Airbnb started with two hosts welcoming three guests into their San Francisco home. Today, we are proud to have over 5 million hosts who have welcomed more than 2 billion guests in countries around the globe. Our platform enables hosts to offer unique stays and experiences, fostering authentic connections between guests and communities.
The Community You Will Join:

You will lead a talented team of engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to create the most secure communication platform. You will be instrumental in launching core company initiatives, paving the way for safe communication across various mediums: phone, VoIP, SMS, in-app chat, and video conferencing.
This role is crucial in safeguarding guests and hosts while preventing fraudsters from exploiting our platform.
