The Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role as a technical influencer and contributor throughout the software development lifecycle. You will significantly impact our initiatives by utilizing your leadership and collaborative skills to drive cross-organizational projects and deliver industry-leading solutions. You will partner in designing and implementing optimal solutions for our consumers and clients.
You will advocate for the integration of AI-native workflows, enhancing team efficiency through the strategic use of coding assistants and automated debugging tools. This role necessitates cultivating a culture of AI literacy, where you will mentor your team on effective prompting techniques and the ethical incorporation of LLMs into the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you are expected to establish guidelines for code security and quality assurance within AI-assisted workflows while continuously assessing emerging tools to keep our engineering practices at the forefront of technology.
