Join Storable as a Software Implementation Consultant and play a vital role in empowering operators within the self-storage industry. Our Implementation Team is dedicated to crafting bespoke websites designed to optimize lead generation, facilitate tenant conversion, and ensure seamless integration with Storable Software for real-time inventory management, effortless online move-ins, and secure payment processing. Collaborating closely with our clients, you will utilize Storable’s proprietary website builder tool to develop customized marketing websites that bolster their storage facility's online presence.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding of more than 20 new clients each month.
- Establish fundamental website elements, including URLs, redirects, homepages, facility pages, navigation layouts, and incorporate images and logos using templated sections and widgets.
- Manage hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificate setup.
- Integrate third-party tools and client-specific social media links into the website platform.
- Implement Google Analytics using Google Tag Manager for comprehensive tracking.
- Serve as a resource for customer inquiries throughout the implementation process.
- Effectively manage customer expectations and workflow.
Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience in SaaS implementation or website development is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adept at problem-solving, analyzing situations, and delivering effective solutions.
- Capacity to provide quality support to a diverse customer base.
- Highly organized with an acute attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is beneficial but not mandatory.
