Education and Experience:Required: Proficiency in Linux and C++. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hardware/software development or QA testing environment. At least 2 years of experience in managing, building, and leading teams. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with software design lifecycle, preferably with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) or equivalent experience. Experience in software simulation and simulation design, including statistical simulation model designs. Knowledge of statistical hypothesis testing and Design of Experiments (DoE). Experience in process characterization and modeling. Project management experience is desirable; PMP certification is a plus, but relevant experience will be considered equivalent. Strong ability to document and teach manual test cases.

CoServe Global Solutions is seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance team in conducting thorough testing of product hardware and software. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality assurance test projects and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the QA organization conducts comprehensive reviews and analyses of product requirements, design, and functional documentation.
  • Act as the technical leader on QA projects, coordinating team efforts to address complex technical challenges during the testing phases.
  • Manage QA staff, including supervisors and individual contributors, ensuring compliance with internal procedures across all projects.
  • Evaluate and adopt new qualification and testing technologies to enhance the QA process.
  • Effectively direct the company's quality assurance operations.
