Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a web development team of approximately ten members (internally), specializing in Java/Spring Boot, C#, and VueJS within an AWS environment.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process, onboarding, and skill development of team members.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize tasks and allocate resources across various projects.
- Ensure timely deliveries within an agile framework (four-month iterations) and manage reporting on key indicators (quality, release frequency, etc.).
- Encourage knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices among different squads.
- Ensure adherence to software quality standards, application monitoring and alerting, and incident management in production.
- Promote and instill the Exotec culture while supporting the growth and development of each team member.
