- Utilize Spintly’s diagnostic tools to effectively analyze and address problems.
- Execute Python scripts and leverage automation tools to enhance the debugging and testing workflow.
- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date manuals, guides, and FAQs for both hardware and software products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product design and software engineering, to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product functionalities to facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in hardware and software technologies.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for training or to gather requirements.
