Requirements:Demonstrated experience as an electrical foreman, with a minimum of 3 years in solar energy or related fields. Thorough understanding of electrical principles, national and local codes, and safety regulations. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and effectively manage a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High School diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP) are advantageous. Willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to uphold quality assurance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to effectively communicate project progress and address any challenges that arise.
  • Maintain precise records of materials, labor, and project advancements.
  • Coordinate with other trades and services to enhance project workflow and resource efficiency.
