Your Responsibilities: Act as the Product Expert for CloudPrem and Observability Pipelines. Provide architectural guidance and best practices to large Enterprise clients during their adoption of Datadog services. Design and validate production-ready architectures that encompass cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and customer-managed environments. Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, optimize, and standardize deployment patterns, thereby reducing operational complexity for clients. Serve as a Trusted Advisor to Product Management, offering valuable feedback based on field experiences with Support, Partners, and Customers. Document repeat customer use cases and develop Reference Architectures, automation patterns, and Implementation Guides for both prospects and customers. Create comprehensive training materials, solution briefs, blogs, and documentation for the wider Datadog technical teams, focusing on the latest product features and capabilities. Collaborate with various teams within Datadog, including Marketing, Sales, Community, Documentation, and Evangelism, to ensure the success of the Log Management product family.
